I think you should wear the blue one. It's sassy, sexy and still appropraite. The other one, could have a possibility of falling down (which i'm pretty sure you don't want to happen). For shoes, you could get blue ones. Since the color of this dress is a unique shade of blue, it may be hard to find the exact shade but try stores like Browns, or Costa Blanca and ask around.
